In December of 2023, the SPFA and SaskPoly concluded closing arguments of our respective positions for SPFA grievance 2019-08 (ATL/FCP). The matter is now in the hands or the arbitrator who will make his decision. Due to the volume of evidence and case law being examined, we estimate a decision may be received prior to the end of the academic year (June 30, 2024).
