Given the current COVID19 restrictions, the 2020 SPFA AGM will occur virtually.
The following timeline will guide the preparations for the AGM:
Sept. 17, 2020 – Notification of AGM (Article VII, Section 1)
Sept. 22, 2020 – Open Nominations – President, VP Saskatoon, and VP Moose Jaw – current terms end this year (Article V, Section 3).
Oct. 6, 2020 – Nominations Close (Article V, Section 5)
Oct. 6 – 28, 2020 – Candidate Campaigning
Oct. 8, 2020 – Constitutional Amendments received (Article X, Section 3)
Oct. 22, 2020 – Constitutional Amendments circulated (Article X, Section 3), Resolutions received (Article VII, Section 3 and 4)
Oct. 23, 2020 – Nominations and Statements Circulated (Article V, Section 5)
Oct. 29, 2020 – E-Ballots sent to members (election open for 5 days)
Nov. 5, 2020 – AGM
