My name is Naser Jaradat, and I am a Professional Engineer with extensive experience in applied research, engineering education, and academic leadership. I graduated from Jordan University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1999, followed by a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering in 2003.
After completing my graduate studies, I worked as a lecturer in Saudi Arabia for three years, gaining valuable teaching and academic experience. Following my immigration to Canada in 2010, I continued my career in higher education, teaching at several colleges in Ontario. I later relocated to Saskatchewan, where I joined Saskatchewan Polytechnic (Moose Jaw campus) as an instructor in the Computer Engineering Technology (CET) program.
In 2023, I assumed the role of Program Head of the Computer Engineering Technology program. In this leadership position, I gained hands-on experience guiding academic teams, supporting instructors, and aligning program delivery with operational and performance goals. My leadership approach emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, accountability, and continuous improvement to ensure program quality and student success.
