2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) & Elections

Hi SPFA Member:

Just a reminder that the SPFA virtual AGM is scheduled for November 5, 2020. 

  • Time:  Noon – 1:30 pm
  • Zoom Link 1 - An email invitation will be sent 24 hours prior to the start of the AGM.

Attached is a copy of the Robert’s Rules of Order – Summary Version, which will guide the management of the AGM.

There are several documents that can be viewed on the protected side of the SPFA website under the AGM\Nov 5, 2020 menu:

Just a reminder that an election will occur for the President, SPFA.  A virtual Candidates’ Question and Answer Forum is scheduled as follows:

  • Tuesday, Oct 27th, 3:30-5:00 p.m. 
  • Zoom Link 1 - An email invitation will be sent 24 hours prior to the Forum.  There will be a waiting room so be patient.
  • Zoom Link 2 – this link will only become available once Zoom Link 1 capacity is reached – if you are unable to connect through Zoom Link 1, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Voting for the President’s position will open on October 29th @ 9:00 am and will close on November 4 @ 10:00 pm.  An e-ballot will be sent to each member’s Saskpolytech email address.

  • Wednesday, Oct 28th, 3:30-5:00 p.m. 
  • Zoom Session Link - An email invitation will be sent 24 hours prior to the forum. There will be a waiting room so be patient.

Moose Jaw Members:

Voting for the VP Moose Jaw will open on October 29th @ 9:00 am and will close on November 4 @ 10:00 pm.  An e-ballot will be sent to each Moose Jaw member’s Saskpolytech email address.
